We designed Nema so that you stay in control: Nema does not connect to your bank, and the financial information in the App is the information you choose to enter.

a) Information you provide
- Financial entries: income, expenses, categories, debts, credit card details you type in (such as statement day, due day, limits and balances — never your card number, PIN or banking credentials), savings goals, investments, ledger entries (including names or nicknames you assign to people you split bills with).
- Receipt images: photos you capture when using Receipt Scan.
- Preferences: currency, budget period, reminders and similar settings.
- Account information: if you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and, depending on your choice, your name and email (Apple lets you hide your real email).
- Support communications: information you send us when you contact support.
b) Information collected automatically
- Usage and diagnostics: interactions with features, crash logs, performance data, device model, OS version, app version, language and region, and pseudonymous identifiers used for analytics.
- Purchase information: subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers and receipts, processed through Apple and our subscription infrastructure provider. We never see your payment card details; payments are handled entirely by Apple.
c) Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your banking credentials, do not access your bank accounts, do not read your SMS or emails, and do not track your precise location.
